Rules For Being an Episcopalian
For the next Men's Group (one of the adult Sunday School classes at church), we're supposed to prepare what we think are the rules of the Episcopal Church. Here is my list. I've tried to be minimally snarky. Let me know if there's anything I'm missing.
Rules
1. Attend church on Sunday and whatever feast days your parish celebrates.
2. Give something up for Lent.
3. Pledge something, anything.
4. Love God, love your neighbor.
5. Sexual relationships should be stable, mutual, faithful, and ideally lifelong.
6. Don't mess with the Altar Guild. (In most other Provinces, this rule would read, "Don't mess with the Mother's Union.")
