I Believe This Is Serious

Seamus MacManus would be proud...or frightened

There's A Book, Too .

Most of what I know about the Travellers is from personal experience. The Irish (especially in the West) are some of the most hospitable people on earth, but they can be xenophobic if the occasion strikes. And in the West, there is one group that bears the brunt of it. Those are the Travellers. The funny thing is that the Travellers are as native to Ireland as anyone can be in Ireland. I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to be the Fir Bolg or the Tuatha de Danaan.

Coocoo for Cocoa Puffs. And I thought all that Holy Grail non-sense was nuts. All of this type of stuff, from Fundamentalist Protestant end of the world stuff to nutty Catholic Marian stuff I avoid like the plague having lived around folks into it at one point or other in my life.

The list of fake Popes is very long. I think this is another example of Kulturprotestantismus. It's one thing to claim to be the one true church if you have hundreds of millions of communicants. Only Protestants claim the exclusive salvation (or righteousness) of ninety families.
